He is highly committed to non-discrimination policy of the Government in his day to day dealing with all the stakeholders including landlords, tenants, contractors, tradespersons and the community. 

Sarju has a very high-level experience in proving customer services in several organisations including in Real Estate industry, Council and Department of Justice and Community. He also has experience in leading, managing and providing exceptional customer services while working in IT management position in various organisations including as Regional Manager IT supporting 10 TAFE colleges and 273 schools. Apart from Real Estate qualifications, he has academic background in Bachelor of Engineering and overseas qualification similar to CPA. 

Sarju is a member of six social/charity organisations. He sincerely believes that it is ultimately the spirituality which leads to happy and peaceful life. His health and well-being programs include up to six km daily morning walk, Yoga and Meditation.
